If you want a great burger and tired of fast food burger places, then this little cozy burger place is for you. Stop on in if you need a break from the big fast food corporate owned burger places and enjoy good food while supporting locals.

Do not let the outsides of the place fool you. Geez this burger place has everything. Boba drinks, cheerful drinks, fries, and the BOMB.com BURGERS. Yuumzy! Also the lady that helped me out was super sweet and attentive. Very clean too.

Service is excellent, staff has been super helpful and friendly whenever we have stopped! Wait time for food is super fast yet clearly very fresh and made to order! Fried pickles are great! Teriyaki burger is soooo tasty and moist. You can tell by the flavor that the meat is fresh and not just warmed up from being frozen. Highly recommend trying this place !

I grew up in Southeast LA, small burger joints every other block. This place took me back to a good time in my life.

Been wanting a cheeseburger for a while. Passed by this place and it was delicious. Will definitely go back. Service was fast and great. She was super nice, fun pictures on the wall of old cafes.

This place is great! The food is fresh and tasty, the staff are very friendly, plenty of parking. Everything you want in an "old school" burger joint It's very much got that 50's drive in vibe. The inside is clean an vibrant with bright red paint and the walls are decorated with vintage photos of classic burger restaurants. The menu is large enough to have something for everyone, but not so big that you get overwhelmed trying to decide. I had a bacon cheeseburger with some of the best onion rings I've had in a long time! Prices are about what you would expect for fresh made to order food. They have a great drink selection including cocktails and boba tea. Thinking this would be a great place for a car club meeting

I've only had Fay's at home through GrubHub, so I can't speak to the service, but dang, the food is delicious. The tater tots were the only thing I wasn't super impressed with - don't get me wrong, they weren't bad, but they were just unseasoned fried tots. The burgers, though? They're the best burgers in Albany. They taste so fresh and the meat is amazing. The chicken tenders were exceptionally good - the best I've had in years. The potstickers were great, too. I can't wait to try more from Fay's Cafe. My whole family loved what they ordered from here - a rarity in our home. Looks like there's good food in Albany after all.

Ordered Fays for the first time on Door Dash, ordered 2 orders of fried pickles because my daughter wanted some too. They give you 6 per order. Ordered some tots, mozzarella sticks,and some fish. Love that their mozzarella sticks are made there, these aren't frozen ones. The fried pickles were good but messy and greasy. The fish which was cod was very good as well. My family of 4 enjoyed our appetizer dinner. Next time we will try the burgers, boba and milkshakes.
